 Originally established in 1997 as a group of high school students, exploring their talent and creativity, 21 Productions has evolved into a multimedia engineering company, specializing in multimedia and several other aspects of the digital world. Starting as an interest at Hotchkiss, I used 21 Productions as a main credit on the numerous school club promotional videos and used it for fictitious ads for The Paper, the school sports entertainment magazine. As I gained digital imaging experience from the increasing amount of video and graphic work, it was apparent that there was an obvious demand for a fresh approach to multimedia. With the transition from Hotchkiss to Carnegie Mellon came another transition from print design and basic promotional video work to DVD production and mid to full length feature films. To date, the 21 Productions list contains well over 100 titles for both films and DVD recordings, and has expanded its service list to include nearly all traditional industry multimedia services from video post production to audio mixing and mastering. While I have ultimately decided to concentrate mainly on the post production process, I have made sure to network with a number of fellow multimedia entrepreneurs to provide missing abilities to 21 Productions, such as on location video recording and specialized programming services. Also, while it was always important for me to constantly explore the possibilities due to new emerging technology, it has now become the norm in the current age of constantly evolving web standards. As a result, for the past few years, I have specifically concentrated on the fusion of traditional, professional video and the recent explosion of web streaming technology to create a unique, web streaming technology known as the Multimedia Streaming Engine, which has become a cornerstone of 21 Productions' cutting edge video web services. And of course, 21 Productions continues to grow, providing fresh approaches to traditional media work, as well networking and outsourcing with other multimedia organizations, and has a number of servers setup in New York and Pittsburgh, dedicated to specialized web, video and media hosting.
